UR-144 (1-Pentylindol-3-yl)-(2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropyl)methanone (KM X-1, UR-144) is a synthetic cannabinoid research drug invented by Abbot Laboratories. UR-144 acts as a selective full agonist of the peripheral cannabinoid receptor CB2, but with much lower affinity for the psychoactive CB1 receptor. UR-144 has high affinity for the CB2receptor with a Ki of 1.8nM but 83x lower affinity for the CB1 receptor with a Ki of 150nM.[2] Chemically UR-144 is closely related to other 2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropyl synthetic cannabinoids like A-796,260 and A-834,735 but with a different substitution on the 1-position of the indole core, in these compounds its 1-pentyl group is replaced with alkylheterocycles like 1-(2-morpholinoethyl) and 1-(tetrahydropyran-4-ylmethyl).

oh boy oh boy oh boy ur 144 rocks big time
word of warning watch out when looking for ur 144 after testing the stuff on sale here it is now clear to me that the ' ur 144 ' i bought elsewhere clearly wasnt ur 144 ir if it was it was about 1/5th of the purity

gives a very physical effect - lasting 90mins....when blended with just a pinch of am2201...well....need i say more...

Ur-144 is better than Am-2201. I feel it is a superior synthetic cannabinoid. I am not saying that Am-2201 is not a good cannabinoid, it clearly is also very good, but i personally think Ur-144 offers something more.

ur-144 is great stuff, its quite a bit different from am-2201 but just as good, may actually br better in some folks opinions

UR-144 = excellent cannabinoid, it's easily up there with the other greats AM-2201 & JWH-018.
